My subscription is missing. What should I check?
Compare the signed-in account email with your receipt. Check any app-store or service-provider receipt too. Contact official support if you still cannot locate the purchase.
Are login, activation and installation the same?
Login opens an account. Activation links a purchase to supported software or an account. Installation puts the application onto a device. Opening a website alone does not install protection.
Does opening Central protect my computer?
Central is the management portal. Install the supported Bitdefender application and check its protection status on your device.
